You may use TSWL™ products for your own personal use or, if you are a licensed facilitator, in accordance with your license agreement. You may not copy, share, distribute, or resell materials without prior written permission.
3. Purchase & Payment
By purchasing a journal, online course, or facilitator license, you agree to provide accurate payment information. Digital products are delivered electronically and are non-refundable except where required by law or otherwise stated.
4. Intellectual Property
The name The Story We Leave™, TSWL™, and the swirl-spiral logo are trademarks of Deb Daughtry. Use of these marks without permission is prohibited.
5. Disclaimer
TSWL™ journals, courses, and facilitator programs are designed for personal growth and legacy documentation and do not constitute medical, psychological, or legal advice.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website.

LICENSING & PERMISSIONS

We love when people want to share The Story We Leave™ (TSWL™) with others — and we want to make sure it’s done the right way.
1. What You May Do Without Permission
• Share a public link to our main website or public social media posts.
• Quote a short excerpt (under 50 words) from a journal page, blog, or course with attribution (“© Deb Daughtry, The Story We Leave™”).
2. What Requires Permission
• Using journal prompts, facilitator scripts, or course materials in your own products or trainings.
• Reprinting any journal pages, memory wheels, or checklists for distribution.
• Using the TSWL™ name, logo, or swirl-spiral branding on your own products, websites, or events.
• Translating TSWL™ materials into another language for publication or sale.
3. Licensed Facilitator Use
If you are a licensed facilitator, your license agreement grants you specific rights to use TSWL™ materials with clients. Please refer to your license agreement for details on what is and isn’t allowed.
4. How to Request Permission
Use the form below to tell us what you’d like to use. Please include:
• Your name, organization (if any), and contact information
• A description of the material you want to use
• How and where you plan to use it (online, print, classroom, etc.)
• The number of copies or estimated audience size
