The Legacy Across Generations Initiative™ connects teens and older generations through meaningful conversations and guided legacy journaling.

Teens ages 15+ can become Teen Legacy Facilitators™, learning to listen, ask thoughtful questions, and help others preserve their memories, experiences, wisdom, and family stories.

How It Works

A community partner identifies people who want to share their stories.

Teens meet with storytellers and use guided prompts to encourage meaningful conversations.

Already Piloting in Hawaii — Expanding Nationwide

The Story We Leave™ is already working with a pilot partner in Hawaii to bring the Legacy Across Generations Initiative™ into the community.

We are now looking to expand the program into communities across all 50 states, partnering with organizations that want to create meaningful opportunities for people of different generations to connect, share stories, preserve memories, and strengthen relationships.

Hawaii is where we're beginning. The goal is nationwide.
